Winter Park since 1978
I moved to Winter Park in July 1978, as a kid. I’ve watched this place change for almost fifty years — which neighborhoods held their value, which ones nobody wanted and then everybody did, which streets flood and which ones only look like they might.
I got my real estate license in 1989.
I came back to real estate full time in 2017, and I’ve been with RE/MAX since 2019, now with RE/MAX 200 Realty here in Winter Park. Over 37 years in the Real Estate Industry.

Outside of work
I’m married, and we have three daughters — two of them finished nursing school last December. I serve on the board of my community association in The Springs. Most of what I know about this market, I learned by living in it.
